the staff was friendly and helpful. they quickly checked me into my room even though i arrived early. the room was very comfy and tidy. breakfast was very good.

the carpets in the room did not seem properly cleaned. midway through the trip, i stopped receiving complimentary teabags. my "do not disturb" sign disappeared and wasn't replaced.

the hotel offered luggage storage, a convenient service after checkout (a great help since my flight was later). there was also complimentary wifi throughout the building, allowing me to stay connected easily. the front desk was available 24/7.
